To support consistent groups and ensure our Game Masters are paid for their time, all sessions within your chosen block are payable, regardless of attendance. This allows the story to progress smoothly and ensures every player has a reliable and stable group each week.
We understand that life happens, and while we’re unable to offer refunds for missed sessions, we are more than happy to offer flexible payment plans. This means you can commit to a campaign and pay it off over time, while still securing your place in the adventure.
These sessions are not drop-in games. They are facilitated experiences where the Game Master actively supports engagement, group balance, and emotional safety at the table.
Time is taken to ensure everyone has space to participate, that the environment remains respectful and inclusive, and that players feel comfortable being themselves. For many, this becomes more than just a game. It becomes a place to build confidence, explore identity, and feel part of something consistent and meaningful.
A single session is a great first step. Come along, meet the group, and see if the adventure feels like the right fit.
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all players. If a participant’s behaviour significantly impacts the safety or experience of others, we may pause or end their involvement in the campaign. We will always aim to work collaboratively with families and supports where appropriate.
Where possible, we aim to keep groups consistent from start to finish. New players may be able to join early in a campaign, but later entry is limited to ensure the story and group dynamics remain stable.
We understand that not every group is the right fit for every player. If there are concerns early on, please reach out and we will work with you to explore alternative options where possible.
Absolutely. Many of our players are brand new to tabletop roleplaying. Our Game Masters provide guidance throughout the session and ensure everyone feels comfortable learning at their own pace.
Our sessions are facilitated with a strong focus on inclusion, emotional safety, and positive group dynamics. Game Masters actively support communication, turn-taking, and engagement to ensure all players feel comfortable and included.
For participants accessing supports through Just Support, sessions may be able to be funded in line with individual plans. Please contact us to discuss your specific circumstances.
